This week our sponsors are our own Linda...and me.  

Here is what the random winner will receive...

Since we are so close to Father's Day, 

I chose to make a card for hubby,

who is a mechanic.

This image is from a company that doesn't exist any more.  

I cut the wrenches on my Cricut, added a bow and sentiment.

This is the first card in ages that is Stickle-less.

But I did add a Pearl Glimmer Mist to the ribbon.  

I had planned a Green Glimmer Mist, 

but the bottle decided not to spray

..instead it leaked out the back...and I didn't notice it at first.  

Couldn't figure out why my hand was so wet.  

Now I have green fingers and a mess I had to clean up off the desk.

Things that Fly

This week is Lisa's turn to host

and she chose

Things that Fly 

for our challenge this week.

Our sponsor this week is...

I used a new image, Celtic Raven Corner,  from Delicious Doodles,

plus one I used in a previous challenge, Purr-fect Fairy.

Both of which fly.  I blinged this up some...

The knot on the Raven is done in Eucalyptus Stickles.

I used the same color on the eyes of both the fairy and kitten

...but they came out darker because I had colored them green.

There is Cotton Candy Stickles on the fairy's nails and lips.

I played with some flowers from my stash.  I put a green metallic dot in the middle.

I sprayed it with Leapfrog Glimmer Mist, 

but still wasn't happy with it.  

So I painted the flower with Holly Stickles.

It still didn't look right to me...and I finally figured out why.

It needed leaves!! 

Now the sentiment is something I made up...

but around here it is my dear sweet hubby, 

who says "Can we keep her?"

We have 7 cats and 4 of them are a direct result of Larry saying

"Can we keep her?"

(Out of 7 cats, only one is male)

I have put my foot down and said NO MORE!!

LOL
