I colored the image with

Copic Markers

B24, E21, E37, R29, Y13, 

Y17, YG09, YG17, YG97

and my white gel pen.

The ribbon is 

from Micheals.

The glitter around the image 

and sentiment inside the card is

Turquoise Stckles.

The pearls on the image and sentiment 

are Royal Blue Liquid Pearls.
