CDAC runs 5 challenges every 3 months...giving you plenty of time to enter.

This card is for the Easy as 1, 2, 3

and because I took part in the first one,

January-March, 2013,

I was given free images to work with.

You don't have to use these images...

so if you are just joining us,

you can use any image you wish.

Easy as 1, 2, 3 is simple

Use 1 sentiment

2 designer papers

3 embellishments

Here is the card I put together for this challenge.  

I used the owl image that was given to me.

Added the sentiment "happy birthday"

This is the first time I used a banner for the sentiment.  

It didn't come out quiet as well as I hoped it would.

My 3 embellishments are 

the flower,

the do dad above the owl,

and the string of gold flatbacks on the bottom.

I also added Glossy Accents to the owls eyes, but since I do this to all eyes, 

I didn't count it as an embellishment.

And if you know me, you know...

Every card shall have a bit of sparkle.

So there is Pumpkin Stickles in the center of the flower.

Now you have till the end of June to get in on this challenge.

Plenty of time.
