For this challenge 

I am using

Rusty with Flowers,

and boy did Rusty 

make a mess.

Here is my card.

I colored the image with 

Copic Markers

B05, E000, E00, E25, E37, R17, 

R20, R29, Y13, YG09, YG17, 100

And my white gel pen.

The patterned paper is from
K&Company's
Kelly Panacci's Valentine's Pad.
This is 2 sided paper.

The image oval and scalloped oval
are cut on my Cricut using
SCAL.

There are 2mm clear rhinestones
on the scalloped oval.

There are pearl hearts and foil hearts
surrounding the image.

The rhinestones and pearl hearts
are from
Pizzazz Aplenty.

Using my
We R Memories
Envelope Punch Board
I made a matching envelope.
